NewHab is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

No professional advice

NewHab and its AI coach ("Sage") provide general habit-coaching support only. Nothing within the service constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, or legal advice. Sage is not a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, have concerns about your physical health, or need professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional.

Use of the service

You agree to use NewHab only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
